Auditor Spot - $199 - Spots are limited.
Note that non-working auditor dogs will not be permitted to be crated in the venue due to space considerations.
In connection with my (our) registration / participation in this Fenzi Dog Sports Academy Training Bootcamp (“Event”), I (we) hereby assume the risk of any and all accidents or injuries of any kind which may be sustained by anyone or anything by reason of or in connection with me or my dog’s (our) participation in the Event. I do hereby release, discharge and absolve Fenzi Dog Sports Academy (“FDSA”) and it’s owners, managers, volunteers, agents, and bootcamp hosts and those acting on their authority, from any and all liability or responsibility for any and all accidents or injuries sustained by anyone or anything as a result of me or my dog’s (our) participation in the Event. I warrant that I have the full power and authority to grant all of the rights conveyed herein; that I am of full age and have every right to contract in my own name; that I have read the above Authorization & Release prior to its execution; and that I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. I acknowledge that by proceeding with this registration I agree to these terms.
